Description

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to issue a solicitation (RFP) for the fabrication and delivery of forty (40) each PATRIOT PAC-3 missiles (APN 13506000) and associated ground support equipment. This action is designated as Low Rate Initial Production Phase Three (LRIP-3). Missile Four Pack deliveries shall begin approximately 26 months after award with portions of the ground equipment being delivered 13 months after award. This procurement is restricted to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control of Dallas. See Note 22.
