Description

SPAWAR Systems Center, San Diego, CA intends to award on a sole source basis a cost reimbursable type contract to BAE Systems Aerospace Inc. -- CNI for software support services for the Joint Tactical Information Distribution System (JTIDS). Services are to include software engineering, software testing, documentation update, training and project management support. The subject software was developed and is proprietary to BAE for the JTIDS Program. The contract shall consist of one base year and four one-year options. See Numbered Notes: 22
