Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking leased office space for use by the Social Security Administration-Office of Inspector General in El Paso, TX. The office space is to be located outside of the Central Business District and will consist of approximately 2,500 usable square feet and cannot be located on the 1st floor. 7 parking spaces will be required. Lease term will be 10 years with termination rights after 5 years.
