Description

This project consists of removal of existing toilet buildings at Painted Desert Vista, Kehl Springs and Elks Group picnic site and the construction of four, two-riser toilets (vault type) at same locations and Long Valley Work Center. The installation includes excavation and backfill about structure, site grading, concrete slabs, vaults, and sidewalks, concrete masonry units (CMU's), timber roof framing and metal roof, wood siding on CMU's and hardware installations. Painted Desert Visa is located approx. 20 miles Northeast of Flagstaff, AZ on FDR 545. Elks Group Picnic is located on the north side of SR 87 at approx. Milepost 309.8. Approx 35 miles west of Winslow, AZ and 9 miles east of Blue Ridge Ranger Station. Long Valley Work Center is located approx 1.25 miles SW of the intersection of FDR 141 and SR 87. This site is approx 50 miles south of Flagstaff, AZ. Kehl Springs Campground is located along FDR 300 approx 60 miles south of Flagstaff, AZ. The contract time is 90 calendar days. Price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid Guarantee Required.
