This is a sole source combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A separate written RFQ will not be issued -- this synopsis announcement serves as the request for quotation. No technical data or performance specification is available for this solicitation, IMPORTANT NOTICE: FAR52-232-33 (Payment By) Electronic Funds Transfer (Central Contractor Registration) and DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (Mar 1998) requires registration in the CCR database. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). 45 CONS, Patrick AFB, FL has a requirement for the following service: Quantity: 4 each, Radio VHF-UHF Part Number AN/PRC-117FOPTS, MFR Harris Corp, Frequency Range: VHF LOW: 30.000-89.999990 MHz, VHF HIGH: 90.000 _ 224.99999 MHz, UHF: 225.000 _ 512 MHz, UHF SATCOM: 243.000 _ 270.000 and 292 _ 318 MHz, OPTION: UHF SATCOM ANTENNA Set, 240 to 400, Nickel Cadmium Battery, Solar Charger, Hard Case. Complete list of additional radio specifications may be obtained upon request.
