This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Kay Elemetrics Corp, 2 Bridgewater Lane, Lincoln Park, NJ 07035 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 2 ea, p/n 5500-1 dsp sona-graph; 2 ea, p/n 5514 6mb ram; 2 ea, p/n 5518 rack mount kit; 2 ea, p/n 5636 pc interface pkg; 2 ea, p/n 5623 added low frequency ranges; 2 ea, p/n 5624 normalization processing; 2 ea, p/n 5637 selectable input signal reference; 2 ea, p/n 5638 wigner-ville distribution & 2 ea, p/n 5511 printer 8" grayscale continuous. These items are spare items for Project Beartrap. These items are components of the kay elemetrics processor that is a dedicated, realtime, audio spectrum analysis instrument. In order to assure commonality,these supplies must be obtained from Kay Elemetrics Corp. The government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Kay Elemetrics.
