Description

Notice is provided of the Governments intent to modify contract N00244-96-D-0091 with ATTA II Joint Venture of Chantilly, VA. The modification will extend the period of performance from 01 May 2001 through 31 July 2001. The extension will be conducted pursuant to the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency Requirements. This extension is required to allow time for the competitive award of a follow-on contract. See Note 22
