Description

This project consists of replacement of a temporary wood Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramp with a reinforced concrete ADA ramp, platform, and historical porch at the Kirk Street Agent's House, Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, MA. The work consists of removal of wood ramp, concrete steps, sidewalk, and steel railing; cleaning of brick porch walls; construction of reinforced concrete sidewalk, ramp, platform, and porch; construction of porch columns, and roof; fabrication and installation of railings; and installation of lighting. Estimated construction range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is issued subject to P.L. 100-656, and is subject to full and open competition. NAIC code 233320.
