Description

THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO A PREVIOUS NOTICE PUBLISHED ON OR ABOUT APRIL 14, 2001. The four contracts to be awarded with be for a one-year base period, with four one year options. One contract is being SET-ASIDE for competitive award to an 8a firm. The other three contracts will be unrestricted. All subsequent task orders will be competed among the four contracts. However, the Government reserves the right to negotiate sole source with the 8a firm when circumstances require it. The total estimated value for the combined four contracts for the five year term is $30,000,000.00. Projects will be located at NAS Jacksonville, FLorida; NS Mayport, Florida, NCLB Blount Island, Florida; or NSB Kings Bay, Georgia. The Technical Evaluation Factors for Phase I will be: FACTOR A: Past Performance; FACTOR B: Small Business Subcontracting Effort: FACTOR C: Technical Qualifications; and FACTOR D: Management Approach.
