Description

Stag and Tobin Areas Fence Maintenance. This Projects consists of fence maintenance on fences burned during the 2000 Fire Season. Most fences are almost all up, except where braces and gates have burned. About 75 percent of both items of this project are accessible with a 4-wheeler. Item 1 -- Stag Fire consists of approximately 44 miles and include an estimated 62 gates, 582 braces and 4,607 steel posts. Item 2 -- Tobin Fire includes approximately 12 miles and include an estimated 26 gates, 150 braces and 817 steel posts. The successful offeror will provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals to complete the work as contained in the specifications. The project is located on the Ashland Ranger District of the Custer National Forest. This project is not set-aside for small business concerns.
