Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency proposes to award a sole source commercial purchase order with Telcordia Technologies Inc., Morristown, NJ. This acquisition is for the purchase of one Telcordia Standards Knowledgebase Basic Software package. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2303 (1) -- and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Interested persons.
