Description
Tongue Point Job Corps Center, operated for the U.S. Department of Labor, ETA, by Management & Training Corporation is soliciting quotations for weight training equipment. Equipment to include: 1) Eight station jungle system, to include lat pull down, low lat row, seated triceps, vertical chest, vertical pec.(dip chin assist), double adjust. crossover, triple chin attachment. 2) Preacher curl, seated. 3) Squat rack with weight holders/strips. 4) Bench press with weight holders. 5) Incline bench (30 degree) with weight holders/foot support. 6) Decline bench with weight holders. 7) Flat dumbbell bench (2). 8) Flat-to-incline dumbbell bench. 9) Vertical leg raise. 10) Dipping station. 11) 45 degree hyper-extension with foot support. 12) Quad sled. 13) Smith machine with internal counter balance. 14) Leg curl prone, 200 lb stack. 15) Leg extension, 200 lb stack. 16) Seated calf plate load. 17) T-bar row plate load. 18) Six position weight free. 19) Dumbbell rack for 10 pair dumbbels, cradle style (2). 20) E-Z curl bar stand with weight holders. 21) Texas Power bar, 7', black, 1500 lb. (4). 22) E-Z curl bar, black spin sleeves (2). 23) Treadmill, 750 cl, professional quality (2). 24) Elliptical trainer, 750E, professional quality (2). 25) Iron grip IGX, 45 lb, Olympic plate, rubber (20) 26) Pro-style dumbbell set, 5-100 lb x 5lb, 2100 lb total weight, black. 27) Installation/shipping/handling costs. Specifications for equipment: Frames must be cut/bevel/weld, have no bends and be made of heavy grade, 3"x3" steel tubing. All welds must be ground flat. Paint to be electrostatic powder-coat, baked on finish. Trim/Seats: all direct impact areas should have synthetic impact shielding, including any weight pegs or holders. Padded cushions need at least 2" seven pound foam. Stapling should be covered, with tucked edges and upholstery should be double stitched Naugahyde. Warranty: lifetime on frames, 10 years on all welds, one year on all cables and upholstery, one year on all pulleys, bearings, other moving parts. NOTE: THIS EQUIPMENT MUST FIT INTO A ROOM OF 1700 SQUARE FEET WITH ROOM FOR MANEUVERABILITY. There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on Friday, May 25, 2001 at 2:30 pm to be held in the Recreation Hall at Tongue Point Job Corps Center, Astoria, OR. Interested parties should notify the Center contact if planning to attend. See Note 11. Bids will be due by 5:00 pm on Monday, June 25, 2001. See number 10.
