Description

Contractor to provide rehabilitation Assistance Services (RAS) for eligible veterans as authorized by a VA Case Manager. Services required include any and all services needed to assist the client in meeting the goals of his/her individual written rehabilitation plan (IWRP) and to the maximum extent possible to become employable and to obtain and maintain suitable employment. Awarded contract shall be for a period of one (1) year with an option for two (2) additional years. Multiple awards (maximum 2) are anticipated. All responsible sources may submit an offer (price & technical offers are required to be considered) in accordance with the solicitation which may be obtained electronically after 4/20/01 at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order in the amount of $50.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. This is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 624310 with total annual revenues not to exceed $5 million.
