Description

The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting Proposals to provide preventative maintenance and repairs to the HVAC systems of the Interpretive Design Center (IDC) Building, Curtis Memorial Church, Bomb Shelter, Anthony Library, Mather Training Center, and the Administration Annex next to the Park Maintenance Facility located at Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. Work includes: (a) Quarterly preventative maintenance and any filter changes; (b) Spring air conditioning checks and startups; (c) Fall service of heating systems; (d) Fall air conditioning checks and shutdowns; (e) Fall air balancing checks and adjustments; and (f) On call and/or Emergency Services required. This contract will be for one year with priced options for four additional 12-month periods of performance. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on May 30, 2001 at 10:00am, local prevailing time. At this time, prospective Offerors will be shown the heating, venting, and air conditioning system included in the Scope of Work.
