Description

This CBD announcement is for the incorporation of two (2) upgrades to the Skyfire-460 Multiband LOS/SATCOM Terminal. These 2 upgrades are for the 8.33 kHz ATC Upgrade and 512 MHz Frequency Extension. The Government does not own the specifications/data to permit full and open competition. Deliveries of the upgraded radios will be to Ft. Campbell, KY. Due to the nature of this requirement, no additional competition is anticipated; however, firms who feel they can perform this upgrade should identify themselves to the contracting office. Pursuant to FAR 6.302(a)(1), intended source is Raytheon Systems Company, 1010 Production Road, Ft. Wayne, IN. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency. See Note 22.
