Description

Nomenclature: Circuit Card Assembly, NSN: 5998-01-457-1120, PN: 13582748 to be procured under a requirements contract for assets required during fiscal years 2001 through 2005. Projected procurement quantities will be 39 each in FY01; 52 each in FY 02; 36 each in FY 03; 21 each for FY 04, and 20 each in FY 05. The total maximum quantity over the five year contract period will be 169. Orders will be issued as requirements materialize. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. Delivery schedule 110 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified sources. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements are not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
