Description

Request for quotation issued for the following equipment and services. NOAA is purchasing five (5) Avon workboats under this solicitation. However, labor is required to completely rig nine (9) workboats with 30HP Honda outboard motors (purchased separately) and prepare nine workboats for use at sea. This RFQ requires the following supplies and services: 01) Avon 5.25m inflatable work boat, qty. 5 ea; 02) Todd center console, P/N 95-3005, qty. 9 ea; 03) batteries with battery box, qty. 18 ea; 04) control cables, qty. 36 ea.; 05) steering wheels, qty. 9 ea.; 06) lifting harness with patches, qty. 9 ea; and 07) installation of eighteen 30HP Honda 30AYLRSA motors; nine Todd consoles; nien tie bars; eighteen tachometers; eighteen batteries with battery boxes; eighteen control cables; nine steering wheels; nine lifting harness with patches; eighteen Racor fuel filter kits; and nine battery isolation switches. All work to be performed in Honolulu, HI where boats, motors, and all accessories will be shipped to. Vendor must have five boats available for rigging and delivery by 5/31/01. This is a required delivery date. This is a simplified acquisition, 100% small business set-aside.
