Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Command intends to enter into a Sole Source contract with Cubic Defense Systems, Inc. for the design, development, fabrication, and test of Cubic Defense System's concept for a High Capacity Data Link (HCDL), a combination of Common Data Link (CDL) and the Surveillance and Control Data Link (SCDL). The Navy has no previous or existing contract for this effort. The proposed contract will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Cubic Defense System under the authority of 10USC 2304 (C) (1) (See Note #22.
