- Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 Tektronix 371A Curve Tracer with the following specifications: High power pulsed mode operation, 3,000V voltage capability, greater than 100 Amp current capability, digital data acquisition, digitally programmable,IEEE-488 digital interface, and suitable for characterizing MOSFETs and bipolar FETs-requires voltage mode and current mode step generator, and 1 Instrument cart, model #K420. See note (s) 22. Response date to be determined at the time the RFQ is issued. RFQ will not appear on our web page until the 16th day after this notice appears in the Commerce Business Daily.
