Description

The USDA, ARS, Soil and Water Conservation Research Unit, Lincoln, Nebraska, requires the acquisition of a commercial real-time thermacycler with the following ability: to perform traditional PCR protocols and real-time PCR analysis; to multiplex up to four fluorescent reporters in one reaction; and interchangable sample blocks and temperature gradient 96 well block.
