- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-24, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation supplement, Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20001213. It is the contractor_s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
