Description

Demolish portion of Facility 468 (Legal Center). Work shall encompass everything associated with exterior and interior of building systems to include roofing, foundation, structural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. Exterior wall contains lead based paint and asbestos transite shingle sidings. Interior floor tiles and mastics also contain asbestos. The work includes asbestos and lead based paint abatement and removal. After removal of foundation, contractor to grade and compact project site.
