This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1.The request for quotes (RFQ) solicitation number is RMAST-01-115. 2.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. 3. This is NOT a small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 562111 and small business size standard is $10.0 million 4. Garbage Collection on the Blackwell Job Corps Center outside Laona, WI in accordance with the attached specifications. SCHEDULE OF ITEMS Quantities shown are estimated and not guaranteed. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period will run from July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002. COMPLIANCE WITH VETERANS EMPLOYMENT REPORTING REQUIREMENTS (52.222.70)(JAN 1999)(DEVIATION) (a) The Offeror represents that, if it is subject to the reporting requirements of 38 U.S.C. 4212(d)(i.e., the VETS-100 report required by FAR clause 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans of the Vietnam Era), it has [ ], has not [ ], submitted the most recent report required by 38 U.S.C. 4212(d).
