Description

17. Contractor shall be responsible for the construction of a new Security Center for the 160th, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The building shall be a metal pre-engineered building approximately 50' x 40' x 12', 2000' square feet. The contractor shall be responsible for all interior finishes, masonry exterior & metal roof. Interior work shall include office space, storage/delivery area, customer service area, showers, and latrines. The contractor shall be responsible for all mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and communication systems associated with the building. The contractor shall be responsible for sitework which shall consist of exterior utilities, site layout, and paved parking. The contractor shall be required to repair terrorist barriers and relocate existing control panel from building 7277 to new building location. Contract type is Firm Fixed Price. NAICS is 233320/$27.5 Million. The estimated dollar range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.10, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, requirement will be solicited on a Unrestricted basis. As stipulated in FAR 19.1307, a price preference will be given to all identified Hubzone contractors; subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
