The U S Postal Service is seeking to pre-qualify suppliers who are able to provide de-icing materials for distribution to Postal facilities nation-wide. A complete pre-qualification statement is available at the FedBiz Ops webpage www2.eps.gov for downloading. Only those suppliers who the Postal Service has determined to be qualified will be eligible to receive the request for proposals.
