Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for various commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number N61339-01-T-0042 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24. This solicitation shall be awarded on sole source basis to DY-4 Systems, Inc., 333 Palladium Drive, Kanata, Ontario K2Y 1A6. Although this acquisition is not a small business set-aside, the NAICS code for this solicitation is 334419 with a size standard of 500 employees. The following items are required: CLIN 0001, Graphics Board, part number SVME-770-001, 2 each; CLIN 0002, Graphics Board, part number SVME-770-001, 1 each. These items will be shipped to Norfolk, VA and Point Mugu, CA, respectively with delivery NLT 60 days and acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The following FAR/DFARS provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 52.212-3 ALTERNATE I, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (Dev), and 252.204-7001. The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(b) apply: (12) through (16) and (22). The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(c) apply: None. The following clause of DFARS 252.212-7001 applies: 252.225-7001. A COMPLETED COPY OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE QUOTE: FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.212-7000. The following DFARS clause also applies: 252.204-7004, "Required Central Contractor Registration". The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. See CBD numbered Note 22 (45 days is changed to read 15 days).
