Description

This notice is a follow-up to previous CBD announcements of 5 and 8 January, 5 February, and 13 March 2001 for Shipboard Preservation Team Services. This is to advise that the RFP for is now planned to be issued -- i.e., placed on the following NAVSEA website: www.contracts.hq.navsea.navy.mil under "Solicitations" -- by the week ending 4 May 2001. Accordingly, please check that website daily starting on 30 April in case we are able to release it earlier than 4 May. Also, we will soon be posting "Questions and Answers (Q&A)" under "Information Documents" and then under "Solicitations" when the RFP is posted. For those firms who had earlier indicated an interest in this procurement but have since decided not to submit a proposal, the PCO, Pete Troia, respectfully asks that you send him an e-mail in the proverbial "25 words or less" telling him why you have changed your mind.
