Description

NAICS- 56142 The government intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract to establish a pilot human resource call center in the Machias Bay region of Washington County, Maine. This call center shall provide a full range of support to Navy civilian employees in the northeast region of the United States, and shall be the first point of contact for employees seeking federal benefits information. The resulting contract will consist of one base year and two additional one-year option years in accordance with the provisions of FAR 217-8 "Option to Extend Services." This contract will be solicited in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Clinger-Cohen, Commercial Item Solicitation. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil. This office will no longer issue hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or other wise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
