Description

Collection and sales of all recyclable materials, paper, used aluminum beverage cans, glass beverage containers, and plastic bottles (only those bottles made of polyethylene terphthalate (PET) and high density polyethylene HDPE) collected at U.S. Government office buildings throughout the National Capital Region (Northern Virginia, Suburban Maryland, and Washington, DC) for the General Services Administration (GSA). The initial contract period will be for one (1) year, with the Government having the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive twelve (12) month option periods. Proposed contract start date is December 01, 2001. This procurement is to be issued on or about June 14, 2001. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns.
