Description

One time award for 5,400,000 envelopes measuring 4-1/8 x 9-1/2 inches with a die cut window measuring 1-1/4 x 4-1/2 inches, with round corners; seal with clear poly. Inside tint is required, design and color is contractor option. Flap is to be 1-7/8 inch deep. Pack 500 per box and 2,500 per carton. Government is furnishing camera copy and a visual showing the measurements. F.O.B. destination to New Orleans, Louisiana. Deliver 360 cartons on 7/16/01, 8/13/01, 9/17/01, 10/15/01, 11/19/01 and the balance on 112/17/01. Quality level 3 has been asigned to this contract. Bid request on firm's letterhead while supplies last.
