Description

REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration is surveying the market in regard to a requirement for the United States Army Medical Systems & Services Agency. The U.S. Government requires approximately 64,500 occupiable square feet of office and related space. The cost of moving, alterations, telecommunications relocation, etc. will be taken into consideration when evaluating the cost of space. LOCATION: Space considered shall be located within the following bounds: North: Northeast Loop 410 East East: Interstate 35 South: Hildebrand between Babcock & Broadway, Broadway between Hildebrand & Mulberry to the Southern boundary of New Braunfels Avenue to Interstate 35.
