Description

The US Army, Installation Business Office-Contracting has a requirement for providing all labor, materials, supplies, services, transportation, equipment and other items necessary to provide two (2) major carnivals and two (2) mini carnivals during the period 01 January 2002 through 31 December 2002 with four (4) one year option periods. The solicitation will contain the actual dates for the carnivals for the base year. The option year dates for carnivals will be established at a later time. The solicitation number is NAFFB2-01-R-0001. Date for issuance of solicitation has not been established. Time and date for receipt of offers will be specified in the solicitation. For determining business size on this project, the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 713990/$5.0 million average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. Due to automation of the Bidder's Mailing List certain pertinent information is required before vendors can be added to the list. It is therefore required that all requests for solicitation include the vendor's business size, complete company name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address. Request shall be submitted via e-mail to hardyv@bragg.army.mil or fax (910)396-5603 and must reference the solicitation number and title. Upon release to the public, solicitation will be mailed to all firms who have requested a copy. This solicitation will be unrestricted. Contractor is to furnish one (1) written copy of proposal.
