Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to reroof the station building at U. S. Coast Guard Station Charlevoix, MI. Major work items include: Removal of approx. 6400 SF of single ply roofing membrane, membrane-flashing materials, roof insulation material and other related roofing materials down to the existing 3/4 inch plywood deck; Remove and dispose of four roof drain domes and clamping rings and eight roof vents; Install approx. 6400 SF of insulation materials, two ply hot applied modified bitumen roof system together with other roofing material to make a complete water tight roof system; Install four new roof drain domes and clamping rings; and, Provide required drywall, batt insulation and paint to repair area within galley caused by water damage (approx. 32 SF). Unit items included for replacement of damaged plywood, additional tapered insulation and additional hot applied modified roofing system. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K. This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC Code is 1761/NAICS 235610.
