Modification being issued to reflect this solicitation being set aside for small business; which is incorrect. This project is for offer from all responsible firms, regardless of size standard, will be considered. This information refers to the IRS Restroom and Miscellaneous Improvements, Contract for the IRS Service Center, 2306 East Bannister Road, Kansas City, Missouri, Job PCN RMO99070, IFB o/a March 15, 2001. Bid Opening is scheduled for May 1, 2001, at 3:00 p.m. Estimated Cost Range: $200,000. -- $500,000. Time for completion: 120 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. No document charge for deposit is required. Project involves the IRS Restroom Renovation and Miscellaneous Improvements. This project also includes Option 1 -- Remove existing and install new ceramic floor and Option 2 -- Remove existing fixtures and install new fixtures.
