Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to replace plumbing lnes in Building 2, a patient care building. Work includes, but is not limited to, abandonment, demolition, removal & disposal of existing sewer lines, fixtures & ceiling tile, plus installation of replacement sewer lines, fixtures, sumps & pumps and ceiling in the north, center & south wings of Building 2. No asbestos abatement is required. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with applicable codes and Federal Standards as stated in the specifications, drawings and any addenda. Estimated cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. NAICS is 235110. Performance period is 170 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Pre-Bid Conference is May 30, 2001. All responsible sources may submit a bid for consideration. Solicitation packages will be available on May 21, 2001. Requests for bid documents shall reference the project title & solicitation number and can be faxed to (520) 629-4723 or mailed to the address above. No deposit is required. Bid opening is June 20, 2001.
