Description

This acquisition is the second phase of the two step acquisition process. Phase I was to for pre-qualification of contractors. That was accomplished under solicitation number DACW31-01-R-0011(Construction and/or Renovation to Baarnard Elementary School, Miner Elementary School and Randle Highlands Elementary School, for the District of Columbia Public Schools, Washngton, DC). Miner is the second school for modernization/renovations as a result of the pre-qualifications. Under the Two-Stepacquisition method bids will only be accepted from the pre-qualified contractors. Interested parties are responsible for doing their own marketing. The pre-qualified contractors are: James G.
