Background "17. Inclusion of Capital Type Rehabilitation Projects on Facility Lease F33657-98-L-2001 such as Project TTQK00BF11 entitled "Install HVAC, Building 145, Site 1, AFP 42" will be performed at Air Force Plant 42, a government owned, contractor operated (GOCO) plant operated by the Boeing Company High Desert Assembly Integration and Test Center. An ombudsman has been established for this acquisition.
