Description

Quantity 4 each Saddle Cylinder Assembly, (1 each First Article Test Unit, 3 each Production Units), Naval Air Warfare Center Part Number 57-50875-1. Technical Data Requirements defined in REI-01-17014 and Material & Process Requirements (MPR) 1221 and 1223. Quality Assurance in accordance with FAR 52-246-11, or ANSI/ASQC Q9002, MIL-I-45208A, or equivalent is required. Item is flight critical and requires precision machining and manufacturing processes. May require stringent non-destructive testing and inspection to include magnetic particle and radiographic inspections, refer to specification/drawings and drawing notes. May require NAWC specialized manufacturing process controls, refer to specifications/drawings and drawing notes. Delivery of First Article Test Unit shall be 90 days from date of award. Delivery of the 3 Production Units shall be 120 days after acceptance of the First Article Test Unit. Preservation, packing and packaging in accordance with best commercial practices. Inspection and Acceptance at source in accordance with REI-01-17014. Certificate of Quality Compliance applies. Pre-award survey and post award conference are anticipated. Export controlled data included, certified DD Form 2345 must be submitted prior to receipt of solicitation. See Notes 1 and 8.
