Submission number 50K2U5 is modified to add the following questions and answers: 1) What will be stored in unit? Food stuffs; it is anticipated that the guard will use one for freeze and one for chill. However, we want the option of using both for freeze or both for chill. 2) Is there a preferred manufacturer? No, the end user did not supply any manufacturer information. 3) Are the dimensions of 8 X 8 X 20 firm, outside or inside? 8 X 8 X 20 are inside dimensions and margin of difference should not be more than 2-3 inches. Offerors shall provide dimensions with bid. 4) Is the electric requirement for 3-phase or single phase? Single phase. 5) Should the units be painted a specific color? End user requests that units be painted OD (olive drab) green on the outside. If quoting an item painted a different color, offeror shall present two quotes, one quote as is (specify paint color) and one quote for units painted OD. 6) Where should the diesel be mounted? On the front end of the unit at the base.
