- The Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Borland Software, 100 Enterprise Way, Scotts Valley, CA 95066 to provide new license agreements and existing software maintenance services for the Borland Inprise's Visibroker Runtime and Gatekeeper ORB Software. Part Numbers VDD1340WWDV00S -- 18 each; VBA0000USXAPY0 -- 1 each; VBA0000USXAPY0 -- 1 each; and VBA0000USXAPY1 -- 1 each. The period of performance is 12 months. No solicitation package is available and any capability statements must be received on or before 22 May 2001 to be considered. See Note 22.
