Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing, hereinafter referred to as the BEP, is seeking sources to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to purchase police bike uniforms. Uniforms must be manufactured by Olympic uniforms. Specifications: style no. OVP587, Olympic cycling vest with zip off bolero water proof; style no. OCP588, Olympic cycling pants waterproof; style no. MAX575. Olympic cool max comfort stretch short; style no. CBP515, short sleeve cool max color block polo shirt; style no. THRM55, thermal warm up pants; style no. BALA29, Polormax Balaclava (headwear). Vendor must be able to provide the following sizes: medium, large, extra large, 2Xlarge, 3Xlarge, 4Xlarge, & 5Xlarge. Award will be made to the offeror who provides the Best value to the Government. This Procurement is a Small business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 315999, with a business size standard of 500 of employee. All responsible business sources are requested to submit a written quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, NAICS code, business size std, and Duns number. Quotes will be accepted on the first day after publication of this notice and BPAs will be established with vendors soon after the closing date of the announcement. Quotation may be faxed to 202-874-3135; no phone request will be accepted.
