Description

The NAVY EXPERIMENTAL DIVING UNIT, Panama City, FL., intends to procure the following item via SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES: Sole Source to Atlanta West of San Diego, Ca. For continuation of the engineering and design, installation, consultation, training and manufacturing of test articles for the Tethered Diver Communication System (TDCS). Contractor to continue system checkout in preparation for dive operations and provide on-site / off-site engineering consultation as required. To assist in preparing documentation required for submittal of change proposals for modifications to the TDCS and working with University of Mississippi on development of the software for the helium speech unscrambler.
