Description

Performance Period Award through 30 Days CBD Notes 1, 23, Anticipated Award Date 01 May 25 Contractor to provide all necessary parts, tools, permits, licenses, equipment and labor needed to modify the existing ten inch Pneumatic Tube System (PTS) from Bldg 849 to the 388th FW Bldg 39 at Hill Air Force Base Utah. Work to be completed in accordance with a Purchase Description and appendix which will be provided at time of RFP release. Delivery Date See period of performance The approximate issue/response date will be 16 MAY 2001. The anticipated award date will be 25 May 2001. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
