Description

In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8153 Expanded Sharing Authority, FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 6.203 Set-Aside for small business concerns. The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center intends to solicit a contract for Cardiopulmonary Perfusionist Services to and at the Cleveland VA Medical Center, 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106. Contractor shall be required to operate the VA owned Cardiopulmonary Bypass Machine, Pemco Heart Pump with Cell Saver and other equipment that may be subsequently added; furnish a perfusionist pack (sterile connectors and sterile PVC tubing); and provide cardiopulmonary bypass standby service, which requires 24 hours per day standby. Contract personnel must be licensed in a state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia. This s a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
