Description

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) intends to hold a limited competition with lead center Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) to receive contracts in accordance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1998, under the Small Business Act, Section 21 (c) (3) (T), 15 U.S. C. 648 (c) (3) (T) (Title IX of Public Law 105-277). The Act authorizes SBDCs to provide information and assistance to small businesses seeking to establish drug-free workplace (DFWP) programs. See Numbered Note 22.
