Description

The project consists of but is not limited to: the excavation for and the installation of a subdrain on a portion of the McCall District Office including 4" solid and perforated pipe; trenching, bedding and backfill; washed gravel; vertical blind drain with mastic, sealant, and primer; backwater valve and riser; topsoil; concrete sidewalk removal and replacement; repair and replacement of irrigation and utility lines encountered; catch basin sump; cleanouts; and other incidental items as shown on the drawings and as described in the specifications. The project is located at the McCall District Office at the corner of State Highway 55 and Mission Street within the town on McCall, Idaho. Est. start date is 8/30/01 with 30 calendar days for completion. Est. price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
