Description

The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall replace various components of the existing exterior steel fire exit stair on the south side of the INS Center, with identical steel stair components as shown on the drawings which are included in the specifications. The stair to be repaired serves the second floor of a two-story building as a fire exit stairway. After fabrication, all field work should be scheduled to be done without interruption over a weekend to minimize the time period the fire stair will be out of operation. This work is to be performed at the INS Center, 333 Mt. Elliot, Detroit, Michigan. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside Procurement. The NAICS Code is 233320, Size 27.5 Million, and the estimated cost is 20,000.00 to $40,000.00. The Time of Completion is 90 calendar days.
