If the drawings are not posted with the solicitation , see Clause L07- Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluationof offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
