This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data; therefore, the government intends to solicit and contract only approved sources. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance as described in this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation as applicable, which if timely received will be considered by the agency.
