Description

The following are questions and answers for Request for Quotation (RFQ) NMA100-01-Q-0021: Question: Can you provide a list of Government Furnished Equipment for the equipment that we will be integrating with? Please include make and model so we can identify. Answer: Government Furnished Equipment: Item 1 Tandberg 5000 VTC System, Item 2 Sony Color TV Model KV-27S45, Item 3 Mitsubishi TV Receivers Model CS-20103 Qty 2, Item 4 JVC VHS Video Deck Model HR-S3600U, Item 5 ScanDo Select Scan Converter P/N1290. Question: Is there any equipment that should be controlled by the remote control system other than what is listed in the RFP? Answer: Item 4 (JVC VHS Video Deck Model HR-S3600U) is the only equipment that should be controlled by the remote control system. Question: Will there be availability for a site Survey? If so, do those personnel have to be cleared? If so, at what level? Answer: Site surveys will not be permitted due to time constraints.
